Welcome to my homepage! I am a teacher, interpreter, musician, and scholar based in Chicago.
My bachelor’s degree is from the University of Alabama, where I majored in Spanish and was named to Phi Beta Kappa. I hold a master’s degree in music from the University of Houston and a master’s degree in Romance languages from the University of New Orleans. I received a doctorate in educational leadership and policy from Vanderbilt University, and my doctoral research project on tuition trends in independent schools, conducted in partnership with the National Association of Independent Schools, is available through the Vanderbilt University libraries.
